王汝凉 , 教授 , 博士, 硕士生导师,生于1963年。2006年获“广西高校百名中青年学科带头人”。先后主持和参加十多项科研项目的研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金项目《非线性时滞系统的神经网络稳定控制方法研究》一项(项目编号：60864001)，作为主要研究人员（排名第2）参与广西科学研究与技术开发计划重大项目一项，主持广西自然科学基金项目3项等。开展时滞动力系统的研究，解决了带时滞人工神经网络模型的鲁棒稳定，非线性时滞系统的稳定性判据等难度大的问题，成果丰富，形成了具有鲜明特色的学术观点。2000年以来，完成了36 篇高质量的系列论文，其中包括发表在国际著名的SCI刊物 J. Math. Aanl. Appl.等国际刊物和国内著名的核心刊物如《系统科学与数学》与《控制与决策》等，被SCI 收录6篇, EI 收录15篇, ISTP 收录11篇，被国内外同行他人引用多次。2007年获广西科技进步叁等奖2项；2007年获南宁市科技进步贰等奖一项；2005年获广西高等教育自治区级教学成果二等奖一 项。并多次应邀参加国际学术会议，并宣读论文，得到国内外同行专家的广泛好评。
